1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Droxcare. By accessing our website and subscribing to our residential air conditioning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and operational policies. These terms apply strictly to residential customers and home usage within our service network.
2. Subscription Model & Term
Plan Structure: Droxcare operates on a modern subscription-based model. Customers agree to pay a fixed monthly subscription fee for an initial period of 2 years.
Service Extension: Upon subscribing, customers continue to enjoy comprehensive service support and maintenance for a total duration of up to 5 years up-to the invoice value of product.
3. Pricing & Billing
Subscription Fees: Standard monthly plans typically range between ₹1,750 and ₹4,500 per month. Final billing amounts depend transparently on the specific AC capacity, chosen brand and model, room size, and individual subscription plan configuration. (GST on No Cost EMI will be billed additionally)
Predictable Pricing: Your monthly payment covers the ongoing subscription alongside included maintenance care. No heavy upfront investments or unexpected repair fees are required outside of your standard plan parameters.
4. Included Services & Care Scope
Every active Droxcare subscription includes a complete home AC care package. Under your plan parameters, Droxcare provides:
Premium branded OEM air conditioners.
Professional installation support.
Routine servicing and periodic preventive maintenance.
Technical support and breakdown assistance.
5. Plan Governance & Exclusions
To maintain fair usage policies and guarantee high service quality across our trusted network, specific external damages are strictly excluded from standard plan coverage. The subscriber assumes responsibility for damages resulting from:
Corrosion-related wear and damage.
Rat bite or pest-related damage.
Force majeure events and natural calamities.
Intentional physical damage or equipment misuse.
Unauthorized third-party technical modifications to the hardware.
Remote, Installation accessories and repair.
6. Customer Support
Subscribers can reach our dedicated customer support team through standard phone and email channels for quick coordination and reliable service support.
7. Refund & Cancellations
Once processed No cancellations allowed, No refund allowed.
7. Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped through our trusted supplier and logistics partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and destination, with estimated delivery within 3–10 business days across India.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
